A musical piece dedicated to Adolf Böttger and written in Leipzig, Germany. The spine and front cover contain the English title "In the Spring;" the manuscript is bound in red morocco gilt and there is slight damage to the spine. Also included are various autograph notes and musical pieces originally laid into the volume.

Bound in black textured material. The title, "Molokai" is embossed in center of front cover in gold lettering. The number "54" is affixed to the top of spine with glue. This is the second volume of Molokai photographs. It contains panoramic views of scenic landscapes and images of island outings taken by the London's with their hosts on the Island.

Poetical manuscript commonplace book

A verse miscellany, entitled "Poetical Manuscript Commonplace book" on the spine and "English Verses, Time of James and Charles the First" within the volume; it is written in a single neat italic hand, probably written in Oxford, England, approximately 1635, and associated with Christ Church College, Oxford University. The volume contains 108 poems, almost all of which are presented anonymously; there are mentions of race and skin color and more than 60 of the poems concern women, love, or marriage. Some of the poems are attributed to, among others, Thomas Carew, Richard Corbet, Robert Herrick, Ben Jonson, Henry King, Thomas Randolph, and William Strode. The volume has 19th-century foliation and a list of contents in the front. The volume is bound in contemporary calf, sewn on four alum-tawed slips, covers with a single gilt rule border, head of spine has some damage, and the end leaves were replaced in approximately 1830; also, with a catalogue cutting pasted inside front cover and a morocco-backed slipcase.

A bound volume with the journal leaf tipped in; also with engravings of portraits by William Hodges, John Webber and Nathaniel Dance of James Cook, Sir Joseph Banks and Botany Bay, proofs of engravings of the Copley Medal and a Nathaniel Hone miniature of Cook, on metal, and enameled. The volume is bound in a full red levant morocco with the title on the front cover: "The Only Surviving Leaf of Captain Cook's Journal Containing the Entries Relating to the Discovery and Naming of Botany Bay May 4th 5th & 6th 1770." Please note: In the passage referring to the naming of the bay, the words "Sting Ray Bay" have been deleted, and "Botanist Bay" written in.
