Description: Letter describes enclosed copies of acts regarding duties on the tonnage of ships, the regulation of seamen in the merchants service, the amending of an act on the establishment and support of lighthouses..., and regulating trade and holding treaties for peace with Native Americans. Letter is addressed to the Governor of New York; enclosed copies of acts not present.
