Includes: "Minutes of meeting of Bondholders' Committee (11/30/1944)" ; multiple copies of "Request - To Title Insurance and Trust Company... (subordination agreement)" ; collected correspondence of the Tejon Ranch Co. for the period 1944 - 1948.
