In the foreground, people are sitting in a horse-drawn carriage decorated with flowers, possibly for the annual Rose Parade. There are also men and women in Victorian dress standing in front of the hotel or on the pathways in the park, including a man with a bicycle. The bottom right corner is stamped with the photographers' names, Stiffler & Gill of Los Angeles. Approximate date devised by cataloger; photographers Frank M. Stiffler and R. B.
