  Santa Ana Heights tract office, Santa Ana Heights. 1925

  Visual Materials

  A panoramic view of the San Antonio Heights tract office of Bryan & Bradford and William M. McCoy, licensed real estate brokers. The office is built at an intersection, with white fences along the street sides of the property. There are a few automobiles parked in a lot in front of the office, and a group of four men and a woman standing and sitting on the front porch. There are flags around the corner, and large banners advertising low prices and advising buyers not to wait until it's too late. There are only a few buildings nearby, one of which has a sign on top for the Santa Ana Heights Water Co. Writing in white in bottom left corner reads "661".

  Visual Materials

  Pacific Electric Railway streetcars no. 1299 and 5015 and a green bus with rooftop passenger seating parked on a street in North Glendale.   Service truck in garage, Beverly Hills. 1930

  Visual Materials

  A service truck of the Maddux company is parked in a large, high-ceilinged garage. There are several automobiles against the far wall being looked at by men in white coveralls. One such man is kneeling by the front passenger tire of the service truck. Lettering on the side of the truck reads "Lincoln" and "Maddux Inc. 9230 Wilshire Blvd. Beverly Hills CR-4131".

  Roxbury Drive subdivision, Beverly Hills. October 15, 1938

  Visual Materials

  A panoramic street view of the Roxbury Drive subdivision in Beverly Hills. Three two-story buildings have been constructed, each with an upstairs and a downstairs apartment. The rest of the land is undeveloped, and there is a sign on the left that reads "Roxbury Manor ; New income lots ; Lawrence Block Co." There is a stack of lumber between the buildings, and men with pickaxes are working on the land to the left of the building in the center. Two automobiles are parked in the street on the far right, and another four are parked beyond the apartment buildings.
