  Two men and a woman work in a factory with large water bottles at the Arrowhead purity plant. There are two different kinds of bottles, each of which has Arrowhead Springs written on it. The men are putting the bottles in crates on a conveyor belt.

  Staircase, Arrowhead Springs Curatory, San Bernardino County. 1940

  Visual Materials

  A view down a staircase of a beverage area at the Arrowhead Springs Curatory. There are five dispensers, three of which are dispensing Granite Springs water, 168 degrees, Arrowhead water, cold, and Palm Springs water, 146 degrees. There are rows of glasses on either side of the dispenser. Potted plants line the left side of the staircase, which is covered in bamboo-patterned carpet.

  Visual Materials

  Numerous delivery trucks parked at the Arrowhead purity plant. The trucks each have two levels of crates with large bottles in them, and have either "Puritas" or "Arrowhead" painted on the side.

  A panoramic view of the Lake Arrowhead Golf Course at Lake Arrowhead, probably while it was under construction. There are dozens of tree stumps across the level part of the land, with trees still intact on the surrounding hills. Writing in white in bottom right corner reads "Photo No. 100580 ; C.C.   Visual Materials

  A promotional album of photographs and printed sales information, titled "Desirable cabin sites overlooking Lake Arrowhead in Larchmont." The album was produced by Larchmont Investment Company, 1103 Broadway, Arcade Building, Los Angeles, and promotes property for sale in the vacation colony of Lake Arrowhead in the San Bernardino Mountains, San Bernardino County, California. There are approximately 30 photographs, made up of 8 x 10-inch prints and half-tone photocollages, and a map of cabin sites. Images depict sites in the woods with views of the lake, trails, a log cabin, and buildings Arlington Lodge, the Dancing Pavilion, and the Village Tavern.
