At the corner there is a tract office for the Olympic Beverly Plaza. Across the street there are a few cafes and shops. There are rows of houses at the far side of the driving range. A slightly elevated panoramic view of the intersection of Atlantic and Beverly in East Los Angeles, facing east and south. Both Atlantic Boulevard, which runs the length of the image, and Beverly Boulevard, which is just right of center and goes out into the distance, are labeled by hand in white. There are two service stations at the corner, the one in the center is a Richfield station, and the one on the right is a 76 station. There are subdivisions beyond the stations, with houses still under construction in the subdivision on the left. A note written in white on the intersection in the bottom right corner reads "Made Jan 29, 1946 ; Pettit's Studio ; 1416 W. Pico L.A. ; Phone RI 8534".
