    A panoramic view of a lot drawing at the Pinewoods tract office, at Big Bear Pinewoods. The office building is mostly surrounded by tall trees, one of which (slightly right of center) has a ladder leaning against it. A couple dozen people are standing near the tract office, and a dog is sniffing a tree on the far right. There are about twenty parked automobiles in the clearing in front of the office and nearby. Writing in white in the lower left reads "Photo No. 100579 ; The".

    One manufacturer's advertisement/drawing book entitled The Great Bear Drawing Book, published by Great Bear Spring Co., Foulton, New York, ca. 1910?. This promotional booklet is 8 unnumbered pages in length, and contains advertising images and text, in addition to leaves of tracing paper for copying the images. It promotes Great Bear Spring bottled water. The front cover is a chromolithograph image of a white polar bear, seated at an easel painting a picture of a polar bear. A bottle of Great Bear Springs water sits prominently on a table in the foreground. On each of the 8 pages is an image, with rhyming promotional text below each image. For example, beneath the final image of a horse-drawn cart the text reads: "This is The Famous Water wagon, You've heard of it before; Just drop a line or 'phone us And you'll see it at your door." None of the images have been copied.
