An album with 28 copy photographs depicting stations, people, and places of interest along the stagecoach route between Keeler, in Inyo County, California, and Mojave, in Kern County, California. The collection includes a three-page typewritten account by E. D. Grose, stage driver for Mojave & Keeler, titled "Last stage days : To the mines of the southwest, 1905-1906," with a summary of the stops along the line. The account is signed by Grose and dated April 14, 1965. Views taken along the stage line show stops at Mojave, 18 Mile Station, Ricardo (misspelled as "Recardo" on the included map), Dixie, Freeman, Indian Wells, Little Lake, Cactus, Olancha, and Keeler. Images include local scenery, such as Red Rock Canyon, station houses, post offices, and train stations along the route. The album also includes a photograph of a Mojave & Keeler Stage Line business card and a Mojave & Keeler Stage Line map. There is a photograph of an elderly Grose captioned "E. Grose, Stage Driver, 1905-1906".
