Ascribed to Nicolaus Pergamenus on the basis of Paris BN MS. lat 8512, and to Mayno de Mayneriis (Magninus Mediolanensis) on the basis of a MS. at Cremona C, supported by local references in the text. Chancery folio, with paper measuring 26.1 x 18.6 cm. Text in one column. Woodcut border on leaf b1r. Printer's device above colophon. Signatures: a⁶ b-q⁸. Imperfect: leaf b1 trimmed, with some loss of the woodcut border. Occasional leaves have rubrication and illustrations traced in red. Binding: brown morocco.
