One boxed set of paper stencils entitled Drawing Made Easy for the Kindergarten, Set No. 5, manufactured by McLoughlin Bros., New York, 1897. This set of 11 paper stencils contains many of the same stencils as those in Box 81 Set 3. Accompanying the stencils are 5 pencil drawings that have been made with the stencils. Some of the images represented by the stencils include circus performers, animals and famous landmarks. The set is housed within a paperboard box, which has a chromolithograph paper label mounted to the top lid. The image on the lid is of a bespectacled girl who is painting at a desk. "For the Little Folks" and "Set No. 5, 10 kinds" are printed in the lower left-hand and right-hand corners, respectively, of the image. "Copyright 1897 by McLoughlin Bros. N.Y." is printed in the bottom center of the label.

One boxed set of paper stencils comprised of 6 large paper stencils, accompanied by 4 illustrations made using the stencils and four additional, smaller paper stencils. The scenes of the stencils are named on the box lid: "Dutch Wind Mill, German Village, French Convent, New Navy, Old Navy, Summer Home." The manufacturer's name is not present, but the set is very similar to sets 3 and 4 (Box 81) made by McLoughlin Bros., New York.

One boxed set of paper stencils entitled Drawing Teacher, manufactured by Parker Brothers Incorporated, Salem, Massachusetts, ca. 1910. The set is comprised of 12 paper stencils, featuring flowers, animals, and people, each with a decorative border. The set is housed within a paperboard box that has a color illustrated paper label mounted to the top lid. Accompanying the stencils is one stenciled image, which has been colored. The stencils are housed separately from the box.

Animal Stencils: Easy and Simple Designs for First Steps in Drawing in the Home or School

One boxed set of paper stencils entitled Animal Stencils: Easy and Simple Designs for First Steps in Drawing in the Home or School, manufactured by the Milton Bradley Company, Springfield, Massachusetts, ca. 1915. The set is comprised of 17 paper stencils, each with "Bradley" embossed in the lower right-hand corner. Also included are 12 sheets of brown and green paper for drawing/tracing the images; most of them have been used. Some of the animals represented by the stencils are: a fish, rabbit, cow, horse, turkey, a horse. There are two fish stencils. The set is housed within a paperboard box; the box is illustrated with a chromolithograph of a horse, a cow, and a dog in a field. "4306" is printed in the lower left-hand corner of the lid; "Milton Bradley Co., Springfield, Mass., U.S.A." is printed in the lower right-hand corner. Directions for use are printed on the underside of the lid. Some of the stencils have been used.

One boxed set of paper stencils entitled Drawing Teacher, manufactured by Parker Brothers, Salem, Massachusetts, ca. 1895. The set is comprised of 10 paper stencils which include images of animals, people, and buildings. Also included are two printed sheets of paper, one a set of instructions for the stencils, the other a manufacturer's illustrated advertisement for several board games. The set is housed within a paperboard box that has a color illustrated paper label mounted to the top lid. The image is of a girl holding a stencil in one hand and a completed picture in the other. "John S. Blood" is stamped, in ink, in the upper left-hand corner of the top stencil. The stencils are housed separately from the box. "Lucy Pinkham, East Steuben, ME Dec. 25, 1899." is written in ms., in pencil, twice, on the underside of the box bottom.

One set of paper stencils entitled Drawing Pictures, manufactured (presumably) by Parker Brothers, Salem, Massachusetts, ca. 1890. The set is comprised of 5 titled paper stencils, each serving as an advertisement for 'Sweet Home' Soap, "Made by J.D. Larkin & Co., Buffalo, N.Y." The stencils are housed within a paper envelope which reads: "Drawing Pictures. 'Sweet Home' Soap made by J.D. Larkin & Co., Buffalo, N.Y. This envelope contains 5 Drawing Pictures: Thrown Overboard; The Girl & The Goose; The Rat & the Trap; The Elephant; The Rooster. Price for this package 6 cents, made in Germany." The stencils have been used.
